FKIP of UAD was trusted to re-innovate in the field of inclusive education. One form of innovation is developed through the 2020 Digital Module Innovation Fund (IMD) grant. The title of the program being developed by the faculty is Virtual-based Inclusive Education Digital Module Innovation in Flipped Classroom. The output of the program is adjusted and targeted learning media, especially in the field of Inclusive Education. Later, this Digital Module Innovation will be applied to inclusive education courses in Guidance and Counseling Study Program of UAD FKIP. This grant will be eligible for 3 months (October-November) with Muya Barida, M.Pd. (a lecturer from Guidance and Counseling Study Program of UAD FKIP) and Fariz Setyawan, M.Pd. (a lecturer from Mathematics Education Study Program of UAD FKIP) as the implementers of the grant program.

Dr. Dody Hartanto, M.Pd. (the Vice Dean of UAD FKIP) expressed his hope that the financial assistance provided by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs (BELMAWA) of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture (KEMDIKBUD) could be used optimally for the development of distance learning during the pandemic. Fariz Setiawan conveyed that the purpose of this grant was to optimize technology and information, especially for students with special needs at FKIP of UAD. In addition, the digital module product is expected to be able to enhance students’ knowledge and understanding in relation to the role and development of inclusive education in Indonesia. This module integrates LMS e-learning that is already available at UAD. As a result, the teaching materials can be used online and autonomously by students throughout Indonesia at anytime and anywhere. In relation to its current development, Fariz Setyawan, M.Pd. said that the digital module being developed was in the validation stage for the digital module prototype. The digital module is expected to be ready for use by the end of 2020.
